Grace has a Bachelor of Clinical Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University.
Grace is a friendly and dedicated Osteopath who works with patients of all ages to support their health and well-being. Grace takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, focusing on how the body functions as a whole and modifying each treatment to the individual. Using a range of hands-on techniques, Grace focuses on reducing pain, improving movement, and helping patients feel and function to their best. Her treatments may include soft tissue massage, gentle joint mobilisation, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, osteopathic manipulation, kinesiology taping and dry needling, including intra oral release to assist TMJ dysfunction.
Grace places a strong emphasis on patient education and personalised rehabilitation plans, so patients feel confident understanding their bodies and taking an active role in their recovery.
Grace has a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions, postural correction, sports injuries, chronic pain, and nervous system regulation.
Outside the clinic, Grace enjoys keeping active, travelling, and spending time outdoors.
