Russell Nell

Remedial Massage Therapist | Pilates | JEMS practitioner

Russell has a background in professional dance, bodywork, Pilates and movement teaching.

He has been a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia since 2003, and has been a diploma certified Pilates instructor since 2012. Most recently Russell qualified as a JEMS movement practitioner with Joanne Elphinston in 2026.

Russell has been calling the Northern Rivers area home since 2009 and is excited to be providing services to the community of Evans Head and surrounds after dedicating his time to the Lismore community, Russell is very keen to get Evans Head feeling great and moving well.
